FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT GUIDED DIVES

Do we dive from a boat or from the shore, and can I choose?
We offer both options. We choose the dive sites according to what the customer wants, their level and their comfort, picking for each outing between boat or shore diving depending on what best suits you and the sea conditions on the day.
What minimum level or certification do I need to join a guided dive?
It works the other way around: depending on your certification we adjust the type of diving. Tell us what qualification you hold and we’ll adapt the dive to your level, choosing the right sites and depth so you can enjoy it safely.
Is diving insurance mandatory, and is it included or paid separately?
Diving insurance is mandatory in order to dive. It’s paid separately and, if you don’t have one, we can arrange it for you by day, week, month or year.
Which dive sites do we go to on the guided dives?
Lanzarote has many dive sites, spread mainly around Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Mala. We don’t always go to the most famous ones: we choose those that best fit each customer, according to their level, their preferences and the sea conditions.
